Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy of an adolescent combined with sage's wisdom is the best example today of the modern woman who can be all things to all people. Marilu is an actress, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. She is also the singer and dancer. Perpetual Motion is her moniker. Marilu's health-focused approach is evident throughout her entire life. She believes you can achieve everything with healthy health. However, this wasn't always the case in the past. As she entered her teens the girl began her yo-yo diet and watched her weight rise. Emotional eating caused her to feel sick and unwell all times. When she was in her 50's and parents of both her had died-her mother due to complications with arthritis and father after to a heart attack that was fatal, she began to realize that she had to take control of her life. The focus was not on dieting but about health and the ability to live a life which maximized how the body was designed to work.
