Antonia Lofaso

Antonia Lofaso's cuisine offers a chance to discover the depths of her cooking. Her interest in food when she moved from suburbs of Long Island to the diverse cultural landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli and Carnitas have the ability to blend seamlessly with the food menu. This is a belief which has evolved in the course of time. But what remains is her distinctive idea of the future and looking back to the old. Inspired by her heritage as an Italian-American, Lofaso established Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. The interpretation that Lofaso has given to old-school Italian is widely praised as one of the top eateries for Italian cooking located in Los Angeles. Lofaso serves consistently delicious meals at Scopa which is a favorite of the neighborhood. Customers describe it as authentic and satiating. Lofaso was trained by renowned chefs to master their techniques. She was also not afraid to make extraordinary decisions to honour her instincts. In a short time, Lofaso rose to the highest level of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In the following years, she worked alongside many celebrities, while transforming various Los Angeles restaurants. In the year 2011, Lofaso joined forces with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to launch Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. Through Black Market and the business partnerships she formed Lofaso found an appropriate place to call home. Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom to create the work she longed for through this partnership. Black Market's goal is to not be constrained in any way. A meal could start with potatoes chips, peppers and dill, followed by Korean meatballs and wings. Antonia's vibrant flavors are the basis of these daring flavors. Lofaso's popularity has been measured by her ability to be honest with herself, while knowing her viewers. She's appeared on of a variety of television shows such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized as a judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup. The book describes her struggles going to the French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that all her success is due to her passion cooking, and she's capable of keeping her finger in the middle of this field by staying on her kitchen. Through her Chefletics brand, she is changing the look of the industry, by creating clothes for the kitchen that are stylish as well as practicality. What is important to Lofaso is sticking to the vision you have set. With this goal, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering, which will convey a more tailored approach to providing clients with the most personal service.
